Heavy-duty sturdy bar, smooth loading sleeves. Curved shape protects wrists effectively, ideal for arm training. Great craftsmanship & affordable price, my most-used home gym gear.

Great curl bar

The blue looks great and has the right amount of texture. This bar seems to have great bearings which makes it really smooth. Overall a great curl bar! I haven’t found any negatives yet.

Superior quality curl bar

This 47" curl bar is very well made. Even the non-knurled areas feel great to hold. I like the deep U shape for hammer curls and tricep extensions.
