Also, it features 90″ tall uprights with 2″ spacing precision laser-cut holes throughout except bench & clean pull zone where holes are spaced with 1,” i.e., Westside Spacing that allows finding the optimal spot for your safety attachments, which enhances your benching comfort by maximising choice for height adjustability. Also, the squat area where the 2″ spacing is provided allows you to choose the best suitable height to squat without the need of jumping to rack the bar.

  • Robust Construction: It is built with 3×3″ 11-gauge CR steel (3mm thick) tubing of 4 post uprights, 4 Cross-Members & a laser-cut logo plate attached to a Cross-Member in a bolt-together design forming a cage structure, which makes it incredibly tougher & sturdy gear. Also, it is finished with a 7-tank powder coating process for durability & protection against the wears.
  • Advanced J-Cups: The 8mm thick Steel made J-Cups are strong enough to handle the maximum weight you can lift, while it is featured with 5mm thick all side (back & clasp) UHMW plastic liner, which protects your bar’s Knurl & finish as well as the Upright of your rack from scratches.
  • Laser Cut Holes & Westside Hole Spacing: The Uprights of this Power Rack are featured with the precision Laser cut Westside hole spacing (1″ through the bench zone) which allows finding the optimal spot for your safety attachments, which enhances your benching comfort by maximising choice for height adjustability. Also, the squat area has 2″ spacing allowing you to choose the best suitable height to squat without the need of jumping to rack the bar.
  • Band Pegs & Ground Bolting Option: This Gorilla power rack 2.0 N is also featured with 4 Band pegs that allow you for resistance or assistance band training exercises. While the bottom of the uprights is provided with ground bolting option, & with this 24” rack it is must to bolt the power rack into the ground.

Why This Gorilla Nylon Roller J Cups?

Keep your bar in Place!

Save yourself the trouble of forcefully adjusting the bar to the centre before lifting, or carefully placing the bar on the Jcup after lifting. All this while protecting your barbell’s knurl from the friction caused during these adjustments.

Roller J cups feature high-quality conical Nylon Rollers to catch and guide a racked bar into a more narrow, secure position, to avoid rough jolting and unnecessary displacing. The concave design in the centre makes the bar return to the front of the J-cup in an optimal position for the next lift, while the rollers ensure your bar glides effortlessly to the centre with minimal effort.

They act as a barrier to protect your barbell from clanking on the J cups after a lift. All side UHMW, even on the front, protects your bar from an impact in case of a dash and also prevents scratching of your rack’s upright.

Compared to traditional J Cups they just add ease to lifting and racking a barbell, avoid the extra hassle of positioning, and are seamless to attach. Compatible with Gorilla Series Racks, Stands, and Rigs. Aesthetically pleasing, sleek, and minimalist design.

A combination of high and low pulleys for pulling and pushing exercises makes it ideal for a home gym user. The Robust Construction and Design leave almost no room for sway, Meaning Highly stable and smooth movements, and weight remains in the line of gravity. PU-coated cable wire skids smoothly over the two pulleys distributing the weight you attach and the weight you lift in the ratio of close to 1:1 (if frictional forces are ignored), i.e., you lift almost the same weight you attach.
