MAG – Maximum Advantage Grip Handles as the name suggests let you make most of your grip to target back and arm muscles during lat pull down, and other back and arm exercises.
With the regular lat handle, your grip may start becoming fatigued as you pull, especially with heavier weights, which unknowingly bring in your biceps and forearms into work to hold onto your grip. MAG handles offer a design advantage to focus on the targeted muscle group as it disperses the force of the back exercise throughout the entire hand, not just the fingers. Its unique palm support keeps the wrist in a partial state of flexion (the positioning of the wrist where the biceps are flexed) at all times. In this position, the line of force passes through the proximal phalanx, an efficient and less tiring grip position.
These sets offers handles in Close Grip, Medium Grip and Wide Grip Options. The Grip handles come in Pronate, Supinate, and Neutral Grips for added versatility.
Constructed from 6mm or 8mm Steel (depending on handle), they are coated with matte finish Polycoat (rubber and polymer mixture) providing a secure and tight grip. The jammer arms can be moved up and down to the rack uprights, allowing for a variety of exercises such as Overhead press, bench press, incline press, shrugs, deadlifts, snatches, hip thrusts, belt squats, and more. The Trolley is equipped with UHMW protection, ensuring that the rack uprights remain free from any scratches.
These Arms can be locked so it is used for isometric holds, hence the name Iso Jammer Arms. The ability to lock the arms can be useful for performing pull-ups, Dips, and storing jammer arms efficiently.
The handles are multi-grip to ensure a suitable grip for the exercises.
