This Solid Lat Bar Handle has a double hanger swivel making it compatible with Lat pull-downs having 2 different cables or pulleys. Our Lat Pulldown Bar Handle is constructed with a comfortable 1.0mm knurl to ensure a firm grip without compromising the number of reps.
